During this training, led by Prof. Mr. Dr. Bart Schermer, partner at Considerati and professor at Leiden University, you will be taken through the AI Regulation to enable you to practically start with AI governance in your organisation.

Topics include:

• How AI works
• Overview of the AI Regulation
• Material and territorial scope of the AI Regulation
• Which actors (e.g., user, producer, importer) are covered by the AI Regulation and what rules apply to them?
• How does conformity assessment work?
• How are supervision and enforcement organised?
• Specific attention to human oversight, transparency, and explainability. You will also learn how to conduct risk assessments and how to start implementing AI governance.
