How can we (again) have a dialogue about this if no one trusts each other?

Trust must be earned for socially sensitive technologies or after an incident. Trust is needed to be able to serve customers, to share best practices with other organizations, or to be able to meet stakeholders again.

A lack of confidence makes it difficult to build trust. An external facilitator can provide a neutral platform for the first steps in rebuilding relationships.

We organize a (series) meeting(s) to enter into a dialogue with internal and/or external stakeholders. It is important to make employees, in addition to the outside world, more aware and to participate in innovative projects
