We look back with great appreciation on an insightful afternoon that brought together C-level executives, Data Protection Officers, Chief Privacy Officers, and senior privacy and AI leaders for an open and constructive exchange of perspectives.
Against a backdrop of rapidly evolving regulatory requirements and technological advancements, the event explored how leading organisations are translating these developments into practical governance frameworks, compliance strategies, and risk management decisions.
Through expert contributions and peer-to-peer discussions, participants shared experiences, challenges, and actionable approaches to addressing the complex privacy and AI landscape of today and tomorrow.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our distinguished speakers for sharing their expertise and valuable insights:
We would also like to thank all attendees for their active participation and meaningful contributions, which made the discussions particularly valuable.

Mark Wijnhoven and Martin Woodward facilitated a workshop on AI governance as part of Considerati's annual key event. The session was moderated by Marloes van Doorn.
The workshop was well-attended, by professionals with a diverse mix of backgrounds — exactly the cross-functional audience the workshop was designed for. Energy levels were high from the start, and the interactive format clearly resonated: participants were eager to share their experiences and challenges, which made for a lively and substantive discussion throughout.
Rather than following a fixed script, the session used a short presentation as a framework, deliberately leaving room for the audience to steer the conversation. This approach paid off: the open questions — particularly around the biggest AI governance challenges of today and what participants would do differently in hindsight — sparked genuine engagement and triggered candid exchanges across disciplines.
We look forward to building on the energy from this session in future events and client work. Many thanks to Mark and Martin for their contributions, and to all participants for making it such an engaging afternoon.
