As a Corporate Recruiter, Peter is responsible for managing the successful (rapid) growth of Considerati in the area of recruitment. Together with the marketing and communication manager and HR consultant, he is also responsible for labor market communication and the employer branding profile of Considerati (among others as Best Small Workplace). Continuous networking on the job market (if not a career step for now perhaps it should be one for later) is one of Peter's core competencies who has shaped his own career in both recruitment and commerce.
