About Lisa
Lisa works as a legal advisor in the legal team of Considerati. She advises both organizations in the private and (semi) public sector on various legal issues related to Internet, technology, data and privacy.
Before joining Considerati, she worked for more than five years as an attorney-at-law at Louwers IP|Technology Advocaten in The Hague (ranked in Legal 500). There she gained extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, such as license agreements, data processing agreements and IT contracts. She has also advised clients in various sectors on the implementation of the GDPR within their organization and drafted the related documentation, such as privacy policies, data breach procedures and data tranfer agreements. Because she has conducted various legal proceedings in the past, she is well able to assess your legal position in case of a possible (imminent) dispute.
Lisa completed master's in both criminal law and in private law (with a specialization in intellectual property law) at Utrecht University. In addition, she obtained the postdoc VIRA/Grotius specialization training in Information Law in 2022. She is also a member of the Dutch Privacy Law Association (VPR) and the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR).
