About Evelijn
Evelijn works as a senior legal consultant within the legal team of Considerati. She provides both commercial and public organizations, with legal advice in the field of privacy and data protection. For example, she likes to think along with organizations about how they can become and stay GDPR-compliant, or how they can excel in this. Amongst other things, she is experienced in formulating privacy policies, performing DPIAs and reviewing (processor)agreements. Evelijn sees it as a challenge to look for creative solutions for complex legal issues.
Evelijn obtained a master’s degree in Information Law at the University of Amsterdam. She wrote her master thesis on responsible use of Big Data by the government for the purpose of detecting social security fraud. Evelijn has done internships with legal practices and consultancies with a focus on the interface of technology and law. Evelijn successfully completed the DPO course at Considerati.
