About our privacy consultancy services
Privacy law is one of our key fields of specialisation. Considerati’s privacy practise is managed by dr. Bart W. Schermer. Bart Schermer is a lead privacy expert in the Netherlands. His PhD research focused on privacy related aspects of artificial intelligence. Mr. Schermer advises large organisations on how to incorporate proper data controlling within their daily business and how to respond to current developments in the legal framework on data protection and privacy.
Dr. Bart W. Schermer is also a teacher at eLaw@Leiden, the Centre for Law in the Information Society of Leiden University, the Netherlands, where he mainly teaches privacy law and information law.
In addition, he regularly publishes on current developments in the field of data protection in international journals, newspapers (Financial Times, Wall Street Journal) and writes contributions to academic books.
